Hi,
We are interested to buy a block of land at Rosenthal estate. However one off my friend advised that there are some areas in Sunbury which are notorious for crime and drugs. We are interested to but in Maiden drive which will be a part of existing residential extending to rosenthal estate.
It will be really helpful if someone can share your thoughts
