Hi all
Just for the heads up, I have visited Diggerty's cafe 3times in the past 3 weeks and have been thoroughly pleased every time. Although it has been there for a few months now, I have only just discovered it! The lady who owns it is lovely and the food is beautiful and very reasonably priced. Toasted sandwiches, hot dogs etc all beautiful. I am yet to try the waffles but they look sensational - savoury and sweet. Roast pork and beef rolls are a must! So tender.
Give it a go. ...

Registered Home / Commercial Kitchen WANTED

I am a small food business looking to rent/hire a registered home / commercial kitchen 3-4 hours, once a month (possibly more later).

I would prefer if it was registered with the Hume Council but accept any registered kitchen in neighbouring areas.

All I require is a hand wash basin, separate washing up sink and bench top. I DO NOT require any cooking equipment e.g. oven, cooktop etc.

I will supply all my own equipment.

I have just had 4 lovely days in Echuca. The motel I stayed in was the High Street Motel in High street right in the centre of CBD. Just cross the road (High street) and you are there. This is a very friendly place with only a dozen rooms and a quiet atmosphere.

Loved every minute of it and will certainly return again later in the year. This motel is very reasonably priced and I did my booking by telephoning 5482-1013
